Doohamlet Foróige Club

Foróige is a youth development organisation engaging over 50,000 young people and 5,500 volunteers. We are a powerful force for good in communities across Ireland.

Doohamlet has 2 Foróige youth Clubs;

- Doohamlet Foróige Club; for young people of secondary school age. This club typically meets on Friday evenings from 6.30-8.00pm from September until April in Doohamlet Community Centre. Members play sport, games, get to try art and crafts and go on trips. During the year members may be invited to discos and events in other local Foroige Clubs. A WhatsApp group is used to keep everyone up to date on what's planned. It's a great way for young people to meet up in a safe space.

Membership costs €30 for the year (max €50 per family), with an additional weekly attendance fee (€3) charged to cover rent of the Community Centre.
